Hi Guys: I will be graduating from Aveda Institute in Oct. from the esthetician program. There are some great job opportunities for myself. My husband is a former baseball player and is now attending school for physical therapy assistant.Does anyone know how the job market is for PTA's? We lived in Port St. Lucie West for several years and watched the boom happen & crash! We were very lucky and sold our house after it sitting on the market for 8mths and still made a profit! Imagine that!! We have left Fl and traveled the states and Fl is still the place we want to be. When he played ball he was in Tampa for a few months but we really didn't look @ the nice areas. Our price range is up to $450k and we would love a house on a large lot..and not to far from the beach. Our house in Port St. Lucie was only 15miles but it took us 45min b/c the traffic and roads..were terrible. Thanks for your help!

Harbour Island or Safety Harbor...I work with several people who live out that way...I don't, because I think Pasco schools are better than Hillsborough...but, for what you are looking for--I would definitely check out those two spots...I work with a woman married to a doctor, and they chose Harbour Island...their home was over $1 million, but there are homes for around $500k in that neighborhood. Good luck to you both!!
