If it's not too far, Grand Oasis is on Himes about 4 miles north of your school address. You can search CD and read some other threads about it as well. The have both privately owned units as well as a rental pool managed by the complex office staff.

Thanks, I checked those links out and couldn't find any place with electricity included. Thats what my parents told me to look for. Is that even possible to find without living in a student apartment.

Thanks, reviews look seriously scary for that place.

I just now read the recent reviews which are not good. So sad; it's a pretty place in a nice setting! Sorry, I mentioned it.

The only place I know of is Colonial Village in S. Tampa and I don't know if they still include electric. Carlton Arms also use to include electric but that is North of where you wanted to live.

Problem with those reviews are most folks don't comment if they are happy with where they live, not that some aren't true but when I lived in an apt. we never really had much interaction with mgt. because we always paid our rent on time.

What is your budget?

Default Apartment

Craigs List is your best bet.
I'm in South Tampa, and found an awesome 1/1 with W/D and AC including water for $765 - 1 blk off Bayshore - on Craigs List.
The list continuously updates, so you have to check often.

Great.. I know a studio is small but I think you will like living at The Cove, especially if you like sunsets and weekends at the pool.

They use to have a great halloween party. Some really clever costumes too.

And your stumbling distance to two great watering holes: Green Iguana(the original), and The Wooden Door with its HUGE 60" flat screen on the Patio, and also the original Westshore Pizza!!
