Default Hillsborough FL school district job fair??

Hello!!
I am interested in attending a job fair for the school district/s around Tampa (surrounding areas are fine also). Does anyone know if Hillsborough is having a job fair for teachers or school counselors this spring or summer? If so, can you tell me the dates and how to get in touch with them? Also I am looking for Tampa-area schools that have high Hispanic populations and are in need of bilingual teachers/counselors...can anyone direct me? How difficult is it to get a FL education certificate if I already have teaching/counseling certification in 2 other states? What's the process?
Thanks so much!!
M

Hillsborough usually has a job fair at some point during the year. However, I don't know if they will have one this year. They're currently having a large budget cut and might not be able to afford new teachers. As far as highly Hispanic schools go, some largely/mostly Hispanic high schools would be Leto, Jefferson, and maybe Durant and/or Plant City.
