When I was looking for a job the operator position at Verizon in Lakeland started at $7.25 an hour.

Beware of small non familiar fly-by-night call centers.

My son worked for two that were bogus. One closed and never paid them, another kept cutting benefits and firing them. Both of these were semi legal.

Stick to name brand centers.

This is a horrible place to work, avoid like the plague, worked there for 3 nasty years, never have been treated worse. Upper Management good, lower management scumbags to the core, and they will verbally abuse you. Bad place for your self esteem.
