Looking to sell furniture quickly!
I am looking to move in the next month and would like a quick and easy way to sell furniture. I have a bed and bedroom set, two couches, end tables, coffee table, two bar stools, dinning room table, and extra bureau.
Would like to be as easy as possible and have someone come in and take it to sell and give me a cut. Or if anyone knows of an easier way. Craigslist is a pain and I don't really want creepy people coming into my apartment.
Please HELP!

You might want to consider the furniture consignment shops. There are some in South Tampa and Oldsmar.

Look for used furniture dealers in the yellow pages.
There is little to no market for used furniture these days; a used furniture dealer will pay you and take it all out.

I needed to get some stuff out that was left by a tenant and didn't want any money for it, so I put it on Craigslist and got nice people who picked it up fast. Previous I have bought new bedroom furniture and needed to get rid of some older beds and decided to give it away and called some companies and was lucky they picked it up for free.
In todays economy it is harder to get a company to pcik it up since due to so many foreclosures they are stuck with too much furniture and many places don't even take anything for free...I was shocked to hear that, I thought people needed stuff, but it seems more people started to live with others and don't want to spend money on storage and get rid of stuff or leave it behind...

The consigment store that used to be in Oldsmar is long gone.
Now we have a Super Goodwill in Tampa Rd , which costs millions to build... (Didn't know GW has so much $)
There's a place called Triage in South Lois St in tampa that has a lot of consigned furniture. Try them if you want to get something for it .
If you want to get rid of it , look for FreecycleTampa or FreecycleClearwater will work real fast.

Estate sales people can usually sell it easily enough. You can find their names in the advertisting sections. A friend of mine does them. The way she does it is she buys and appraises the furniture, each piece. Then when an estate sale is in progress she may add pieces to the sale so its all in one location and more people move through the sale. I've seen them go to garage sales and pick up stuff at ridiculous prices and then add them to an already existing estate sale. It's also fun.
P.S. I need that sofa for college students moving down in the fall...lol.
