That's true but they can really pull a whole class off task and teach the other kids that its ok to disrespect you if you don't handle it just right.

Oh, definitely. That's why behavior-specific interventions need to be set up and followed consistently.

Just cautioning not to overreact. I've been in IEP meetings before where some para or another described behavior to a parent as "aggressive" that was in no way, shape, or form aggressive, and it did NOT go well.
