So, what exactly is wrong with the mayor of Coopertown? Is the guy just a redneck good ole boy, or is he even aware of free speech rights in this country? Not accepting payment for a SPEED TRAP stop because the citizen wrote "speed trap" in the memo field is wrong and against the check writer's rights. Hey, Mr. Mayor, get a clue, or pack your bags and move to CHINA and run for mayor of Beijing.....I am sure they would appreciate your sense of respect for free speech there more than in America. I don't know where Coopertown is, but it sounds like it has Boss Hog style politics much like what I've seen in Anderson and Knox counties. The Anderson County sherrif recently had the former sherrif (who is going to run again) arrested. This of course means that either one or the other is a crook. More likely both are.
