So, I live in WI and due to my fibromyalgia the winters are too rough and I need a milder climate. I will be moving there by myself.
I run a licensed daycare out of my home. I am looking to move to TN, not sure which of the above cities would be best. I am not sure of what areas are needing childcare/preschool services. I need to rent to start and I am also wondering if landlords would be willing to rent to someone running a business or if I should try and buy a cheap house (under 65K is about all I can afford).
Any ideas or help?? Thanks!
