Its possible...some cities have the same issue except they bring the funk with the breeze....

Highly unlikely, has to be a sensor error. While the temperature can briefly drop below the dew point, water will condense, water vapor will then decrease, and the dew point will lower to the temp.

Highest dew point ever recorded was in the middle east...95 degrees. New Orleans and other gulf cities will reach the lower 90's every once in a while, and you could see high dew points in the Midwest due to all the corn fields: evapotranspiration...but not at night.

I found that information on Wunderground that evening, so it could be an error however, St. Louis IS normally quite humid. I just checked wunderground.com again today at 9:58pm; Its showing
