For counties that only require safety inspection, yes.

For the counties that require emissions testing, which adds up to $27.25 more, see the official state table I posted earlier.

Any car older than 2 years old registered within counties that require the emissions testing. Not all counties require it. And that's not 2 years of you owning it. It's 2 years of when the dealer got the car. The sticker in the windshield will tell you when the first inspection is due. Sometimes it's only a year after you bought it if it's been sitting in their lot.

Again, if you look at the official state website it explains all that, including which counties require emissions testing.
