Hello again everyone ^.^

Wow, only my third post and it seems like I just repeat things BUT, IM a curious critter and therefore I would love to know: Where in TX might I go where the weather is more or less stable year round. And what I mean by that is, Im not going to wake up at 8 AM to 40 degree weather and have it shoot up to 80 by midday (which is can do consistently in my neck of the woods.) Also I know TX is (generally) hot, but coming from a cold Northern clime like I do Id prefer a little heat. What I cant stand is humidity. Id gladly take 95 and bone dry over 85 with 90% humidity. So, where is it (relatively) stable and also humid (without being essentially desert territory)? Thanks again to any and all who answer ^.^

The climate of Texas is generally bipolar through much of the year.....maybe Southern California would be your best bet climate wise.

I was going to suggest San Diego, California.

I honestly can't think of anywhere in Texas that has that kind of weather.

I think the coastline is relatively consistent weather wise especially as you travel more south (compared to the rest of TX, much less than coastal CA) but if you don't like humidity, you wouldn't like the gulf.

I agree that if you want consistent with a little heat and minimal humidity, then southern CA is the only answer in the US.

I second San Diego. Texas weather is known for not being consistent.

Alpine or Fort Davis are your best bets.

Never mind...Laredo Texas and maybe Eagle Pass.. It's a pit though
