A bit risky to invest in real estate in this country given how many have lost their shirt that way in recent years, but maybe not everyone would mind that risk.

I know an undocumented man living with a USA citizen who can prove she made $29,000 as a maid. She bought a house with a loan last year. Her real estate agent does all his business getting loans and houses for low income and/or illegal people.
