Seen there is some old comments on the Horsemans Ranch, but just wondering if someone can update me on both areas? We were at both locations sometime back, the Morgan Mill one was pretty much sold out and the Gainesville area was just getting started. I see now there are places that are for sale so, I guess my question is, does anyone know why? We are looking to move to TX, like both areas, but if something is wrong, we want to know so we don't waste our time looking. We are from MN Thanks!
