Hope Houston knows when to stop to avoid overbuilding.
Besides the recent proposal we've slowed down as well and I'm not getting my hopes up for 7200 Main.

you were saying...? its pathetic watching you try to desecrate Houston, and fail miserably in the process. so its totally cool for you to be impressed with and singing praise for the 60/70 story PROPOSALS for Dallas, but when a 60 story proposal comes to Houston you are the first to start hating and belittling it.

i agree xsatyr, 7200 Main seems a little too good to be true, kind of like the Pacific Plaza development. i guess time will tell...

That's what I'm worried about.

If it makes you all in Houston and Dallas feel better, Austin has recently slowed down in proposals as well.

and a huge new mixed use development with a potential supertall, designed by HOK for the Texas Medical Center. the owners of the property are the same people behind Springwoods Village/CityPlace. a variance request for the property was made in January.

Dude.....saying a rendering looks nice is way different than repeatedly posting long list of proposals to show how long the list gets.

In all fairness most of those buildings he posted on the last page will come to fruition.

This. Many of those will very likely happen with the exception of 7200 main.
Trust me boi, I'm not posting every far fetched wild proposal for Houston in here..
