Should Texas legalize Cannabis (Marijuana) Why or Why not?

It's no secret that Prisons are Big Industry
and make the State a lot of money.

Here's some EYE OPENING Marijuana INFO:
http://theweedbusiness.com/tag/marijuana-per-acre/

But what if, all those State owned and Privately owned prisons were converted to
Factories and Grow-houses for Hydraponic
Cannabis.

And the surrounding land they own was used
for Cannabis agriculture?

I read somewhere that Cannabis can be cultivated 3 times per year

and that just 1 acre can pull in more than $50,000. Or something like that.
(or was that 1 Cannabis plant? can't recall)

I would be too, if it were legalized.
Or at least Medically, for a start. I'm eligible for a Medical Marijuana card. :/

They will legalize it eventually.

I guess we need a poll on how much it should taxed next.

Still won't stop the drug testing and I would assume that once legalized more drug testing will become the norm.

The three things that need to be legalized in Texas that immediately come to my mind are:
1. Pot (I don't smoke it, but it's a plant for goodness sakes)
2. Gay marriage (I don't hump it, but they're consensual adults for goodness sakes)
3. Gambling (I don't roll the dice, but I don't want that money fleeing to Louisiana for goodness sakes)

Downgrade to a class c misdemeanor and then go from there.

Sounds like Me (!)
I don't do ANY of the above, but feel that Americans should be 'free' to
choose.

(once it's legal, I WILL choose)

Only one person's vote counts, and that's Willy's. Wonder how he'll vote
