appeal tribunal in a few days-need help-misconduct (unemployment benefits, legal)

I recently lost my job after 14 months. I missed one day, never was late. I was a parking guard for a drop yard, graveyard shift. Me and my husband were hired as a team but my supervisor can only "pay one social security number". There was no restroom in the guard shack but a portal potty on site about 40 yrds away behind some big Caterpillar machinery, very dark. So to use the restroom I'd go to the corner gas station, maybe 7 minutes at most back and forth. My supervisor was ok with it as long as the guardshack was not left unattended. My husband eventually got a job, so I asked if it was ok to bring someone else,I didn't like to be alone since it was a bad side of town. I brought my daughter-n-law, my step daughter, a female friend across the street, and the one the last person was a male friend that I've known a while. My supervisor never had any issue nor did he ever ask to meet any of the people I took with me. Some trucks had been burglarized some weeks prior to me being fired, so they hired another guard that was to be driving patrolling the lot. I trained each of these individuals so that when I would go to the bathroom they'd know how to log in the trucks, really was simple. My male friend, S, had worked there with me 4 days before that last day, the day they fired me. The new security guard, E had already met him and would talk to him whenever he was there. E went in and signed a statement claiming that "I abandoned my post and left an unknown person there", he claimed that I left 3 xs that night and that I was gone for more than 45 minutes. So the next day I was called in to the office and I was terminated for "abandoning my post and leaving an unknown person there". "Misconduct". My supervisor is claiming he never allowed me to take anyone but my husband. LIE. That guard E is also LYING. I'm gonna have all the people that I took with me to work, either be a witness or write an affidavit. I also had complained to my supervisor on several occasions to please move the portal potty close to where there is light and to please have them clean it , sometimes it would be weeks before they'd clean it. Obviously I was disqualified from unemployment benefits for "misconduct". I am appealing he decision. Does anybody think I might have a chance at winning? Any tips on what I can do to help my case?I have no money for any kind of legal representation. Help me!!!!
