We are considering property in the area, we will be moving livestock with us.

What's the area like? Places to avoid? Leash laws?

Warren is very rural. It will be excellent for livestock. There is few if any zoning restrictions there, you can live and use your land pretty much any way you want to. Retail is very limited. Woodville, to Warrens north will have a few of the basics, but Lumberton to the south will offer more. Further south lies Beaumont which has lots of retail and entertainment. The people of Warren will have rural, "down to earth" personalities. I don't think there is any possibility of a leash law. You will literally see people on horseback in Warren sometimes. Dogs seem to run freely there. Land is cheap. you can get a good deal there. Where are you moving from?
