Why is he wasting money on frivolous cases that he keeps losing?

I guess the majority of TX voters like Paxton to spend tax money for his own political ambitions.

Be aware that regular evil doesn't appear to do the trick. The official has to be extra crispy evil for people to make a move. This happened in Williamson County when Sheriff Chody was removed. There is a line in the sand but it's like really, really, really, really far back.

Same as saying “Paxton breathes”. The only thing worse than Paxton is that we Texans chose to re-elect him.
