LOL That was always the "old advise"...but anyone would be a damfool to actually do it.

As it is, the new Castle Doctrine law in Texas FINALLY totally protects us from those trying to break into our cars, homes, etc...and against lawsuits stemming from the justified use of deadly force.

What I like best is that there is no longer any ambiguous worded requirement on the "retreat" issue. In other words (granting I am not a lawyer nor legal expert), if one is assaulted in a public place where they have a legal right to be (shopping mall, etc) then they may stand their ground and back down no further than the air on their back.

It is about time the scum amongst us got skeered of US! And what we might be capable of doing!

they cant take our guns....but they can take the ammo?

was hearing that the huge tax on ammo and eventual barring of certain ammo is alreadu in the works?
