Has anyone gone on the Jefferson Railway Fright Train? We are going this Saturday and I can't find anyone that has actually gone on it.

Cool "Fright" train?

Gosh, I hope not, even with Halloween just around the corner! Perhaps you'll be the first to tell about it! Enjoy!

Default Fright...not freight train!

It's correct...it's the Jefferson Railway FRIGHT Train that they do the last 3 weekends in Ocotber. We have friends coming in from the DFW area and it should be fun and scary. I will let you know what it's like. It says in the information that it is sold out every year. They also do a Christmas train that has been written about in Souther Living Magazine.

I can only imagine what is in store for a totally clueless person - that would be me!. Yes, please do let me know, sounds like a lot of fun!

By the way, if you'll google Jefferson Railway FRIGHT Train, you can get some skinny on the event!

Thumbs up Fright Train Last Saturday night......

We drove over to Jefferson on Saturday night and took a ride on the Jefferson Railway Fright Train. We went at 8:30 and did the PG-13 version. I really didn't see anything that should have made it a pg13 ....but we had so mch fun. It was worth the 1 and 20 minute drive from Tyler. We also did the haunted corn maze and that was also a lot of fun. There was a HUGE bike rally going on and so it was fun seeing all the motorcycles. They also have a huge Christmas thing that we would like to go back for.
