Ummm, well yeah, but I'm sure it's most commonly considered part of Central Texas. Waco isn't really the same as Dallas.

No

There is already an Austin & San Antonio forum which pretty much covers Central/South Central Texas.

Yeah, but see the metros of San Antonio and Austin don't take up a lot of Central Texas the way Houston and Dallas do with Southeast TX and North TX, respectively. There is still a significant population in CenTX outside of the SA & Austin areas.

Where?

The main metro areas of Texas are already listed in the forum unless of course you consider Amarillo large.

Would Lampassas or Copperas Cove be considered Hill Country?

The Killeen/temple/belton/waco corridor alone has to have over 600,000 in population. Baylor University is in that area, Fort Hood and several other important points. And I see numerous threads pertaining to that area.

Most definitions I've seen do not include Lampasas or Cove, but they probably should.

I think they should. After all the Cove is called "The City of Five Hills". We are surrounded by good sized hills.
