Question Renting in/around Nacogdoches

My husband and I are seriously considering a move to Nacogdoches for a change from the Houston metro area. Husband works as co-manager for Kroger and I'm a stay at home mom for one year old son and baby #2 due in May. I'm trying to find some info or direction to info on rental houses and best school areas in or about 30 miles around Nacogdoches. Google search hasn't brought me many good results for house rentals and I was hoping some locals might know of agencies' websites that I could check out before we make a trip up there. My husband's VA loan is currently tied up in a housing mistake we made in the Spring area, so for the next 3-5 years we need decent rent prices in order to wait out and save up for our next chance to make a smarter house choice!
