My hubby may be getting a job in The Colony, can anyone tell me the general prices of a rental home, or prop mgmnt. places I could contact?
We are looking for a 2 bed place with yard, good schools (K-5) and allow pets.

We are currently living south of Stephenville and paying $500 for a 3 bed/1 bath on 1 acre.
I do think there will be a bit of a shock in rental prices
But it looks like there is more for a family to do around this area.

Thanks in advance
