Not to mention the city of Houston is a whopping 656 sq miles Dallas and Fort Worth combine square miles is 683 sq miles. I don't think when a city is that large the city is worried about beautifying the town.
Shhhhhhhhhhheeeeet.. Most people I know that was born and raised in Waco thought the city for the most part was bland, and boring looking. I often heard it being called a pit stop in between Dallas and Austin. Like I stated before Waco has pockets of good looking places but overrall it's boring dumpster of a city. And the "best" looking parts of Waco you can find a dime a dozen all over Houston. And yes Waco has a great amount of run down areas then Houston. Of course now Houston is larger

But you telling me areas like Bellmeade,Lacy Lakeview, downtown Waco, Beverly Hills,Valley Mills dr. , I-35 stretch,Hewitt,Bosque,New Rd,

LA,NYC,Chicago look a thousand times better then Waco. So because a city is a big size that means it doesn't have beauty. I say the bigger the city is the more you will run into beautiful places. Way more then Waco, Texas. I would take Humble's neigborhoods over Waco

People love to spout out the 600 sq miles + claim. Maybe if humans grew gills and could live on the water, then that would be relevant. This also is including the parks, one of them being the largest urban in the country.

As far as liveablitly goes, its only 579 sq mil. Pretty much the same as L.A.
