Thank you guys for reassuring me on this purchase.
I spoke to my co-worker yesterday and she promised me I have first dibs and price will not change.
She even told me to not to get ahead of myself and just to make sure I like the truck when I see it tomorrow.
To be honest, I think she would have given it to me for free if it were not for her husband. She said that it might hurt his feelings if it was simply given away.
I actually feel like I am stealing this truck from my co-worker.
I looked up the value on this thing and it ranges from $2k to upwards upto $5k on Nada Guides. Considering the mileage on this thing, I assume it would be closer to $5k rather than $2k.
Without going into detail, I did ask my co-worker more than once if she was sure about the price. At least this way I won't feel too bad.
That is for running 4runners. You are buying a car that has sat for two years. If it hasn't sat that is something else.
Maybe there is a catch. If it ran why wouldn't they just move it from the driveway.
