This style is called "Moroccan Revival." It was favored in 1920's
The city that is home to this theater was at it's peak in the days before the automobile, and Airplane.

I was in KC last week, and had some free time. I drove up to St Joseph, just to look around.
I need to make another trip with my Nikon, and spend a day.

No, I disagree. I understand that the GPGP is not visible from a distance, and has no discernible boundaries, and there is no force to buoy up the components above the surface adjacent to open water.

I thought it looked more like the suburbs of Mumbai.
