Great suggestion and yes....we have actually, but we are considering selling our house and contents, except sentimental pieces that we will put in storage, and just wing it when we get home. We will want to down size anyway from an almost 4000 sq ft house to something much more manageable so it will be the perfect time. Also, both our kids will be in college so we don't have to worry about having a place for them to bunk.
