LaGuardia- Cramped and old. Has some of the worst traffic congestion of any airport. It is also difficult to access with public transportation, which is a shame.
LaGuardia needs subway access badly! You can go anywhere in NY from LaGuardia by subway but first you have to take a circuitous bus ride to the big subway station located a few miles away. Its crowded and slow and not well marked as THE route to the entire rest of the city. Airport employees are friendly and helpful though.

As far as I know, they're still there. Its even worse if you have to change planes there - walk two gates down and then stand in line at security for a half hour. And everyone who works there is angry and argumentative.
Detroit..............if for no other reason than utilizing it as either my destination or incorporating it in my route results in the highest price compared to other options.

Detroit is my destination at least once a year. I like the new terminal.
LAX - Dirty, seems to always be under construction (so essentially you're walking into scaffolding and other construction), really shady in general, shootings have happened here a lot recently.
Chicago (mainly O'Hare) - I dread this airport because it seems no matter what my flights here get delayed for hours.... I have too many memories of long layovers at the O'Hare airport.

Not really sure, most airports are neutral or bad for me! Probably the best one I experienced was the Dallas-Forth Worth airport. The Philadelphia airport was pretty good too, but that's just because I enjoyed all the pizza and hoagie shops they have.
