How in the heck would they even know what state you are from, let alone know MN is even a state? And why would they care enough to somehow treat you different than someone from say Iowa?
Sure they do.
But I have heard first hand accounts that The French do not like tourists from Road Island.
And you know of course this thread will go 5 pages with people seriously contemplating and debating this topic, people from the P&C forum will come in and debate if this is Bush or Obama's fault, the whole thing....
