I'm sure they'll miss you. Not.

By the way, the worst flying experience I've ever had was on Air France. And I've flown over a million miles in my lifetime, so that's saying something.

I've flown Air France, Egypt Air and Thai. Had great service with no problems at all on Thai and Egypt. Air France I've flown several times and it's been hit or miss.

My wife and I we flew on "Aerolineas Argentinas" cheap tickets, older Airbus A340-313X don't expect much by way of amenities...but ok to travel on if you need to come to argentina on the cheap.....if they dont lose your bags or leave you stranded somewhere for 3 - 5 days LOL

LANChile is hands down the best airline to south america in many ways!! Fly to SA, fly LANChile....they even use real silverware LOL

I haven't flown them but have a friend who uses them regularly for business travel, and says that they have really improved recently so with mostly newer planes. I guess they semi-privatized about a decade ago so there has been an infusion of cash. I know they are now part of SkyTeam, and I can't imagine a completely sub-par airline being allowed into the alliance.

That aside, I understand your hesitance and would probably also choose a different carrier if it were an option.

Their staff is trained in snatching carry-on luggage from passengers at any cost.
I also do not trust American Airlines and United Airlines for International travel. Both American and United have poor service. Their Food as well as Beverage service/quality is not at par. Their baggage allowance is one of the worst in the world. They charge passengers for basic things like Beer/wine or for headphones.
I was on United recently. 11pm flight and the flight attendant was standing with a black uniform all grumpy but she let me goto the bathroom. Then she missed me for dinner and then when I asked she was all "are you shore??".. Thought that was a bit rude.
They are a good airline.

Poor Malaysian Airlines!

If they didn't have these two incidents I'm sure the votes would've been no more than 1.

I agree. At least one of those incidents could have been ANY airline. They just picked the short straw that day.
