I can go online and get stats on the average home price, but because I cannot drive and see these homes I do not know if they are in bad areas, next to a cemetery etc. Can anybody give me their opinion on what the average price is for a 3 bed/2 bath home over 1800 sq ft in a nice area of Tri-Cities with lot size no smaller than .25 acre.

Any opinions on the real estate market in Tri-Cities, are you experiencing the price drops like we are here in CA. Thanks!!
