I am going to school at the WSU Tri Cities campus in August. I am looking for a decent apartment to leave near campus. I don't know a lot about the area but I've heard good things about West Richland mainly because it's a crime free area.

I would like to live in a safe neighbor and near the school. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

A nice apartment complex near WSU-TC is Northpoint Apartments. Probably 5-8 minutes from school. Nice apartments, nice central location, good neighborhood.

I know of quite a few students that live in the Washington Square apartments. There's a bus line that runs up and down GW Way right out front too, a bonus if you don't want to use your car much.

I don't think there's a real bad neighborhood anywhere in North Richland.

I am looking for a down to earth preferably female roommate between the age of 18-25, that can pick up after themselves. I am new to town and going to WSU in the fall and don't know many people so it makes it harder to find a roommate. I am willing to go as high at 900 total for an apartment (thus 450 a piece.) If you are interested please contact me at smorgen08@hotmail.com ASAP!!!!
