Just wondering if anyone living here in the TC knows of any fun baby activity type classes?? I have a 15 month old girl and thought it would be interesting to look into that type of thing....like a parent and baby class, gym, something?
Please let me know if you know of anything...I can't find anything other then daycare listings

Thanks!

I know the community college has classes parents can take with their kids, although I don't who the target audience is. You can read more here: CBC - Parent Education & Early Learning. My wife was going to attend as a way to meet people when we first moved here but it never happened.

There is also a magazine that I see at local doctor's offices and some businesses that's all about stuff going on for kids. Here's there web site: Home of the Tri-Cities, Eastern Oregon Kids' Directory; A Family Resource Guide. They usually have ads for gymnastics, dance, etc.

The children's museum over in Pasco might have classes too. http://www.childrensmuseumtr.org/

When my daughter was 18 months I started her at the Mid Columbia Gymnastics in the parent/child class. Before 18 months you can take her to open gym. Check their website.

If you're in RIchland, the public library has a nice Toddler Storytime also.
