...all kidding aside, and this is not a joking matter, most people who commit violent murders are not in treatment for emotional problems. They may abuse drugs but they are seldom taking medications that are prescribed for an issue such as anxiety or depression.
The ones who are sociopaths avoid talk therapy as though it were the plague.
Because for them any modality that involves honesty is an anathema.
