At least his trial date is set for January ... I don't know their laws but I hope they don't have years of appeals.
I looked at pictures of that prison he was in and it's a nasty place ... ideal holding location for Vandersloot. That is one evil young man. I wonder what happened to his buddies in Aruba, Deepak and Satish Kalpoe.

He's a guy who clearly gets pleasure out of hurting and killing women..They should just dump him in the remote desert and let him ponder his crimes as he stumbles around, Looking for an exit sign that does not exist. Bring plenty sunscreen you sadistic bum!
First of all he didn't kill Natalee on purpose, they both used drugs on the beach, Natalee passed out (overdose maybe) he panicked and dumped the body in the sea with a boat from a buddy.
FBI killed Flores while Joran was getting some coffee in the lobby to get him locked up in prison because they didn't have enough evidence to lock him up for the Holloway case.
Joran made up a confession about how he killed Flores to get a lighter sentence because he knows he doesn't stand any chance.
You guys seriously believe a suspected murderer is gonna kill a girl exactly 5 years after "his other" victim dissapeared, in a hotel room he booked with his OWN NAME!
Not saying the guy is innocent but he's not a murderer.

Can you prove that it didn't happen that way? Besides, you said yourself that she passed out and he panicked and dumped her in the sea, still sounds like murder to me. Are a friend of Joran's?

The FBI doesn't care about a Peruvian girl but they do care about a AMERICAN girl especially when that AMERICAN girl is young, pretty good looking and rich and her parents have connections in Virginia & DC.
