Aren't you eligible for parole after doing a third of your time? So he might get out in 50 years when he's 121

Most excellent! Sometimes the system does work, at least the criminal side of the system.

What, if any additional terms have been placed on him for any renumeration to all of those victims? Anything? Perhaps what has not been seized by the government should be, even as a token amount, be given back to the victims...there are so many who trusted him. And, perhaps his wife needs to be penalized as well; she too lived the good life for a long time...was she totally unaware of what he was doing?

The only two problems are that, 1) his victims will never get restitution. And 2) he won't live long enough to serve the full 150 years. It's tough to say which one is the bigger problem!

I believe you have it backwards, under Federal sentencing guidelines you have to do 2/3rds of your sentence, that would make Madoff eligible for parole when he is 170.
