This is fantastic news. It's a shame that violent felons know more about justice than the people that run our justice system.

Looks like Bernie will be a "marked man" even in a medium security prison.

People still get beaten and raped in PC. You still have gang drop outs, sex offenders, snitchs, and former police and corrections officers in there and nobody likes each other.

I should also mention it is extremely rare for a man over the age of thirty to be sexually assaulted in prison. Most victims are usually in their early twenties. Although he will likely be beaten and/or extorted.

On a side note, I do find it somewhat amusing that left-wing people here who usually ***** about the conditions of American prisons are gleefully hoping that a non-violent offender will end up a victim of violent offenders who they usually have much more sympathy for.

Personally, I'd love to know Madoff ended up being somebody's beatch in the joint. Here's hoping he gets the crap beat out of him. I have NO pity for him at ALL.
