You didn't say if you are talking about buying or renting or price range to stay within, but whether buying or renting the Continental Ranch area might be a good option. It is a large master planned community with pools, parks, including a dog park, plenty of shopping etc. Also a quick commute down I-10 to the Grant Rd area, you can also take the back way down there just going straight down Silverbell to Grant. The type of house you are describing would be very common there. You can also find some nice hotels in Continental Ranch area right at Cortaro Rd and I-10. La Quinta and Holiday Inn

I also didnt specify that we are looking for houses not apartments and for now we are looking to just rent until we get settled and find the right place or right area and as far as price we want to stay under $1000 a month definetely I will check into the continental ranch area and the hotels thank you for the information
