Can someone tell me/does anyone know WHY it's 30 mph on Lewis between Admiral & 15th street? WHY? They HAVE to know how hard it is to only do 30 mph. How EASY it is to break that. I live in this neighborhood and have never understood. It's always befuddled! These were some of the things I mentioned to the officer friday when I got my $150 ticket. Out of ALL the neighborhoods. It's fairly blue-collar and unfair - as you'll often see them out there somewhere. Totally unfair, not right.
