Hello, my boyfriend and I will be graduating and moving to Tulsa in January. We are currently looking for a loft or old/vintage apartment - with plenty of amenities. So far we have found the Tribune, the Philtower and the Mayo lofts (that don't seem to be available for rent yet). We are needing a stylish place to entertain guests, as part of our jobs is working out of our home and meeting with clients. (Freelance Graphic Design) - If you know of anything we would greatly appreciate the help since we do not currently live in Tulsa. We are open to anything in downtown tulsa or by cherry street, limited I know, but within walking distance of some of our existing clients.

First Street Lofts is another one under construction like Mayo is. Philtower and Tribune are complete. Most of the vintage apartments don't advertise or have websites.

Thank you, do you by chance know of any owners/landlords of some of the "vintage" apartments? Or where to look when driving around?

I think they are renovating one at 11th & Elgin and I've seen a few in that area as well as near the BA and Denver/Cheyenne. Craigslist had a repeat posting for a loft a 3rd and Kenosha but I haven't seen the ad in awhile.
