The PGA Championship is August 6-12th, 2007. And the tickets are only about 450 bucks! What a deal..

Southern Hills Country Club will become the first course to play host to four PGA Championships when it welcomes the 89th PGA Championship in 2007. The event will mark the seventh time the Tulsa, Okla., course has hosted a major championship.

AHA, I found this post. I couldn't remember when it is. We're not golf fans or sports fans for that matter, but I hoped to catch a bit of it on tv. I've seen pics of the Country Club and it is beautiful!!! We had to have driven very close to it, but we missed it.

Actually, I've never even been to Southern Hills either Jammie, but I've driven by it several times. It's a beautiful course from what I've seen on TV. I'll be watching it as well when the time comes, even though I'm not a golf fan myself.

Southern Hills is always ranked in the top 25 best courses(I think in the world?) def in US. It is sooo beautiful....stunning. I forget the famous par of the course....

I think it's the 18th hole, very tough par. That, or the 5th hole. I'm no golf groupie, but I plan to TIVO this week's coverage. The course should be spectacular because they've made a lot of improvements on it from the last championship.

Oh no, I missed it!!! Maybe I can catch glimpses of it during the week, but I wanted to see the view of it even if I didn't actually sit down and watch the whole thing.

I kept it in the back of my mind, but somehow I thought it was later on. Gotta get this plug in here~The Early Show on CBS will be broadcasting from my state this coming Thurs. Hope you all get a chance to take a peek at it.

You haven't missed anything yet Jammie. Coverage is on TNT from 2-8 PM starting on August 9th. I think after today they also offer online viewing. I'll try and catch the early show from SD!

Sorry. I didn't edit anything. I hit the wrong button instead of "Quote."

That is wonderful to hear. I was thinking it must've been on tv yesterday afternoon and I missed it. The hours you mentioned I happen to be at work, but hey, we have tvs there. I'll be able to catch sight of it from time to time.
