This show looks like it is going to be a tearjerker. Basically they profile military families and then they surprise those families with their loved ones arrival back home. It starts tomorrow, Monday, 7/11 on TLC at 10/9 central. Surprise Homecoming: TLC

I can't even handle the youtube video's of homecoming's without tearing up... I've got it set up to record but I know it's going to make me a mess.

They had the preview of this on a few weeks ago and it just about killed me and my husband. We were both bawling like babies. There is one where the mom takes her kids to Disney and the dad shows up in the parade and the little boy who is about 4 cries so hard when he sees him. OMG... The mom set it up. Its amazing, but you need a box of tissues to get through it.

My daughter watched this show, and cried so hard. She swears to never watch this when she is feeling emotional again. She loves these types of shows...she also cried watching "Home Make-Over" when this family with disabled kids got a new house.

It was on too late for me, and I forgot to record it... Hopefully I will be able to catch it on the web!

The stories were definitely touching but I hated the show. Billy Ray Cyrus irritated me and the stories popped around from one to another very quickly.
