I thought it was Norwegian. Dunno for sure, but I do know it's not English.

I think what makes the show a hit is the character of Finch.
He is quite " quirky " and certainly not the " macho " character as Reese.

His walking limp and stiffness of body also adds to his character .

For such a smart dog, you'd think he'd have a better facebook page.

Loved Samantha Shaw berating Finch for hiding behind his "poorly socialized guard dog, and Bear too."

They're using two dogs to play Bear's part? Graubaer's Boker and Midas van’t Rietje. Very regal.

That scene with Samantha Shaw, Finch and Bear was cute. I loved the look Finch gave Bear after she left. It was like "What the heck? Some guard dog you are!!! " Bear looked at Finch like he was saying, "Aw, don't get your dander up, buddy. She's cool! "

Y'all are a riot. I'm so glad I wasn't ahe only one who caught that wonderful play with Bear.

TRoisa, THANK you for the link to the dog's site. Wow, yeah, not a shepherd!!

Hey, is it just me, or is John looking really tired and showing his age a bit more?

Nope, not just you, I had the funniest thought when I was looking him during that last episodes; visions of The Green Hornet went through my mind. I just had this vision of John training the Asian guy combat skills, so, he, John could lay back a bit on the heavy handed work.

Just noticed last night that Root plays a potentially bad buy on CSI Las Vegas. A couple years ago she was the girlfriend of a guy who supposed got smooshed between a bus and a semi while riding a motorcycle. Now she's the recently ex-girlfriend of a guy who ate gopher poison and set his own innards on fire.

They can't prove anything, and the only person who really think she's a black widow is David Hodges.

Boy is Root good at playing calm, sane-behaving psychos.
