Just found this thread, wife and I love this show as well as Selling NY. Has anyone else noticed when one of the realtors appears on the other show? Watching a Selling NY recently and Shaun Osher of CORE was having a meeting regarding 141 5th, the building with the cupola dome, and Frederic was sitting next to him. Was much calmer and professional in that situation. Have also seen some of the SNY realtors show up at the open houses hosted by the Million Dollar Listing guys. Adds a degree of believability to me when I see that.
Donald Trump is on the upcoming episode ---- should be interesting.
You know, what's up with Ryan this season constantly calling Fredrik "b*tch"???? Seems to me that Ryan is just super jealous of Fredrik's success. I saw a post by Bravo somewhere (Facebook maybe?) and it showed their commissions thus far and, if I remember correctly, even Luis had Ryan beat. Fredrik, of course, was number one by a landslide.
All I am going to say is that Ryan is a digusting POS. What he did was a horrible thing to do to anyone. Is he that jealous of Fredrik???

No, he did not show the porno but he mentioned that Fredrik was in one. He only did it in an attempt to completely humiliate Fredrik in front of a room full of brokers.

Just caught up on the past 2 episodes....wow is all I can say...
Ryan said an "eye for an eye"...he didn't like getting played by Fredrik @ 250 Bowery...
Thought the gay porn thing was a great comeback. To me, they are even in what they did to each other, but commission wise they are miles apart....(or so it seems)...everyone has to remember that Bravo only shows a fraction of what they all sell so we don't see the whole picture.
Luis seems to be getting the idea on how to be smart in selling real estate in NYC...just a month ago everyone here was bashing the guy....
I never one time heard Ryan say Fredrik's name in relation to the "porn" flick he was about to present.

If it was implied or others know about Fredrik doing porn, then they already know, so........

I still think Luis is inept. The things he says to and in front of potential buyers is appalling at times.
It's nice that Fredrik is mellowing out, but to a large extent it's the clash of personalities on this show that make it so interesting.
Yes, Fredrik is embarrassed about the porn, but in New York I can't see it being a great hindrance.
So, now Ryan is playing the heavy. It was amusing, finding that hook in the middle of the ceiling. I think, years back, there was a short film of some actor's home and I spotted such a hook.
What was it about Luis' friend who spilled water all over him. I would have hit the roof. Cheeze, did he have wooden floors?
