Last night was a great season finale and it went out with a bang without being over the top
Ryan -- Got his payback and in a big way. I can't say that I am not surprised but I do feel watching him make it a point to go after Fredrik may very well scare off potential buyers and those seeking out properties for other reasons. His brother is right, get over your obsession and focus on something else. Fredrik is and will probably always be the better real estate agent and he has a hard time accepting it. Yeah he has done some really under handed things but Ryan may end up looking like the bad guy even moreso to the public than he already has
Luis -- Yes Luis that is how you make a sale. Tone it down. Stage it properly. Keep the curse words to a minimum (he has a hard time doing that) and that is how you get in the game. Nice to see he is finally making sales, meeting his quota, and getting some where in real estate. As for accepting the apology from Fredrik he is a better person than me. Had Fredrik done to me what he did to Luis he would still be sitting on that bench in the park by himself. It was big of Luis to accept and even bigger of Fredrik to realize that what he had done was wrong and apologize for his behavior
Fredrik -- What season this man has had. Since the start of the show I have always stood in his corner but in this case I find what is happening to him a form of karma. Not only was I disgusted with his behavior with Luis and purposely deceiving Ryan (and yes he could called and informed him through email), there isn't much redeeming he could do with me. Him shedding tears after being publicly humiliated (even though everyone else didn't know why until now) didn't move me. Fredrik needed to feel the way he did to bring him back down off his high horse (and this is coming from me one of his biggest fans)
Happy to see he is going to spend the rest of his life with someone he loves, but let this be a lesson to Fredrik on how to treat people and how it can come back on him.
Fredrik is a d*ck and a bully. IMO, when you're successful at what you do (which he is despite his unethical behavior), you have an obligation to not only act in a professional and ethical manner, but if you have any soul you should help others on their way up the ladder. Clearly that is not Fredrik's style or personality. He would step on his own mother for a commission and to pump up his ego. Sad, sad little man.
Luis -- As for accepting the apology from Fredrik he is a better person than me. Had Fredrik done to me what he did to Luis he would still be sitting on that bench in the park by himself. One of them said on WWHL earlier that Luis cashed Fredrik's check so I would have accepted his apology too. Luis also probably figures he can learn more from Fredrik by staying on a neutral ground with him.
Did anybody watch all 3 of them on WWHL I fell asleep so how did that go?
I can't post pictures but Fred Gwynne when he was younger in Car 54 looks more like Fredrik maybe. I noticed Fredrik has toned down the eye liner the past few weeks it looks better too.

He should have cashed it because he was duped from day one and didn't know it. He spent the money staging the home and throwing that horrible night party to sale the apartment (it was a mess I know). Fredrik went overboard when he threw the drink on him and made him out to be a clown the whole time.

Then Fredrik realizes what he did to Luis was out of line. Could it be that marriage and soon-to-be parenthood is making a softer side of Fredrik come out?

not that it matters one iota what I think but no way do I think he did porn for only one week. Uh-nope.
yes he does seem to have mellowed. He said last night on WWHL that he had been married for 2 months. Surprised me , in that I thought filming ends about 6 months prior to premieres. But anyway Derek played the bartender on there and Fredrik kept getting emotional. So things are either going really good or very bad in that marriage. I'll be curious to see if they use a surrogate. If so I hope the sperm donor is Derek!!!

More likely Fredrik has realized that showing his true colors this season has turned many former fans against him and that bruised his ego. I think the "apology" to Luis was nothing more than a PR move in an attempt to bolster his image.
IMO, it was too little too late. He spent the whole season purposefully tearing down, tricking and humiliating his co-cast. And he reveled in his success at doing it. A leopard doesn't change his spots. Fredrik just wants to appear softer and kinder so fans will like him.
