totally shocked that Uncle Junior Soprano has not been mentioned. He was an arrogant,mean,selfish piece of work. I doubt his character was ever intended to attract one fan.

Dr. Melfi-they always made her sound robotic. It was like someone uneducated trying to use big S.A.T. words. She never sounded genuinely smart.
Vito-I found him utterly creepy
Eugene was just too wimpy. He didn't seem like much of a mafioso to me
Of the options given, I would have to say Furio. He was a remorseless murderer, one of the most evil (but probably not THE most evil) of the bunch, and with no redeeming qualities. Of course, most of the gangsters on that show were remorseless murderers and obdurate evildoers in general, but they had certain qualities which, if not good in themselves, made them likable.
Carmella did have her bad side (and I can imagine that many would think she was the most hypocritical), but she did have honest pangs of conscience.
Charmaine was incredibly attractive, probably the most attractive older woman I've ever seen. I don't see how any male cannot find her attractive.
Meadow provided a lot of interest for me as I was going to attend college the first time I saw the series.
Janice and A.J., sure, they were worthless losers, but they sure made for a LOT of entertaining moments!
Adriana was just dumb. I would estimate her IQ at about 80.
Livia? Are you kidding? She practically made the first two seasons.
I loved Livia. She was the best.
Most of the characters on that show are evil. It's a show about organized crime, so that stands to reason.
But Meadow was probably the most hypocritical whiny little snotnose on the show. She had the perfect combination of all the worst human qualities.

Yes, Tony was going to buy the shore house from them - attorney Alan Sapinsly(sp) and his wife. The attorney turned out to be just as unscrupulous as Tony and I was glad to see Tony get his revenge.
I despised these characters and they tie in my opinion for worst humans ever:

Janice (a total POS - I was sorry Richie didn't get in a few more punches when he hit her. I would have loved to see her get a major ass whipping)
Carmella (a duplictious, lazy, delusional moron)
Meadow
AJ (an oxygen waster)
