This year's Hallmark Movie will debut on December 1st on ABC and it is titled "Christmas in Conway". Consider this your advance notice to stock up on tissues.
Thanks for the information. I was just wondering recently if there were going to be any new Hallmark movies. They don't seem to be making as many new ones for the networks as much as they used to.

December 1st, huh? I can live with that. Wish someone would pass that date onto the other media (radio,
stores, and such). I was just in a pet store this afternoon, and heard one of the Jackson 5 Christmas songs over their intercom system. Nothing against J5, or Christmas songs for that matter, but can't they wait til at least Thanksgiving is over?

This thread is 6 years old and the Hallmark movies have been on for a couple of weeks now.

It's a credit compliment to Hallmark for setting the Christmas type airings in the month of December.
Waiting til after Thanksgiving, regardless how old the thread is. Ok?
Right, but the original post, which was from 6 years ago, was about the special holiday TV movies that Hallmark made for years and years and were shown on American network TV. This was before they had their own channel. They used to have a special film for Valentine's Day, Easter, etc. They were doing this for over 35 years. They would air special commercials for Hallmark greeting cards that were filmed to go along with the movie. Those commercials were notorious and were just as entertaining as the movie. These were usually movies of quality. Then came cable and Hallmark developed their own channel. They use this channel to show their own programming and this includes the old and brand new Christmas movies. The 6 year old post was about the movie that used to be shown on American network (ABC) TV.
