Oh my gosh I love this show and watched it while it was on weekly yrs ago . I always tell people if they watch koq im married to doug ...my mate has his mannerisms ...LOL .
I watched an episode a couple of few nights ago the wife and the father are annoying some times, but, over all I enjoy watching the show. Mostly, I'll watch the reruns late at night if I come across it while channel surfing. There's another show, "Til Death" that I used to catch episodes of ever so often, but those don't seem to air anymore.

King of Queens was far from my favorite sitcom from that era (that would probably be Frasier & Everybody Loves Raymond), but there were certain episodes that I thought were very funny and you identified two of them. Another one of my favorites was when they were given the photos taken by a different couple with a similar sounding name and decided that they wanted to be active and exciting like them. So Carrie signed them up for scuba lessons and then Doug had Carrie make breakfast while wearing lingerie.
Very underrated. It is imo second to the goat of sitcoms Seinfeld. Also, Carrie is unbelievably hot.
