Yes, it was post-Denny. And I don't remember if Izzy started in with George for solace, but the two as a couple was too preposterous for me.
It was the Denny story that drove me away. I took a two- or three-year break as a result. I only started watching again after it was definite that Izzy would not be returning.
-Killing Tara on Sons of Anarchy (yeah the actress left and had a baby and it's the last season but still show is off the rails)
-bringing back Dallas only to retcon most of the storylines and turn the show into a semi-telenovela hot mess (John Ross having a sister isn't a shocker. The whole family knows. Heck, her mother came to JR's funeral and spoke to SueEllen. You want to spice things up, bring back John Ross's older brother or Bobby's biological son and give John Ross a Cliff Barnes-like mortal enemy)
I know. LOL It's so funny when people try to tell me that it makes perfect sense and they get it. Uhm OK yeah. None of them can tell me where is the US Marshal? I think he was the first person to die. No one can tell me why he wasn't there in the church? That is just one of many unanswered questions....
I'm one of those people who loved the finale of LOST. The US Marshall might have been one of the first to die, but he wasn't there in the church because he was not important to those who were. The time they spent together on the island was the most important parts of their lives, or at least Jack's life. That is why those people are there, they need each other to remember, and finally, to let go and move on.
