America is dumbing down as we speak. There was a time we would flip by Jerry Springer and think, "Who in the world watches this?" Obviously, there is an audience for it or it would be off of the air. Same for a lot of the mindless garbage on TV. Sad, but true.

I did actually watch Duck Dynasty ONCE. There are so many cable channels I don't have a problem with them. I just don't watch them>

Bring back the Beverly Hillbillies, Green Acres and Petticoat Junction! They're a real treat but you can't buy'em.

I read just yesterday that Bravo is waiting until 2016 to air the Real Housewives of NJ, (their highest rated show) when their "star" Teresa Guidice gets out of jail. That tells you right there what is happening to television.

I don't watch any of the shows you mentioned. The one reality show I enjoy is Survivor.

My husband mentions it all the time that good entertainment is very hard to find on regular television.
